Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and stored and how users can manage their data when they use LevraCare's website, levracare.com.

LevraCare collects data from users when they create an account (therapists) or submit an inquiry (families). Users who browse levracare.com without creating an account or submitting an inquiry do NOT have any personal data collected.

Data We Collect From Therapists

When therapists create a profile on LevraCare, we collect the information they provide, including: name, email, phone number, practice address, professional credentials, therapy specializations, bio, and profile photo. This data is collected to display therapist profiles to families searching for services.

Data We Collect From Families

When families submit an inquiry through a therapist's profile, we collect: name, email, phone number (optional), child's age (optional), primary concern, and any additional message. This data is shared ONLY with the specific therapist the family contacted. LevraCare does NOT use family inquiry data for any other purpose.

Google Sign-In and Google User Data

LevraCare offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. When you sign in with Google, we access the following data from your Google account:

User ID: A unique identifier from Google to link your Google account to your LevraCare account
Email address: Used as your account identifier and for account-related communications
Profile name: Used to personalize your LevraCare experience and pre-fill your profile
Profile picture: Displayed on your LevraCare profile (therapists can change this)

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used ONLY for the following purposes:

To authenticate you and create/access your LevraCare account
To pre-populate your profile information, which you can edit at any time
To send account-related emails (password resets, account notifications)

We do NOT use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing LevraCare's services.

Storage of Google User Data

Google user data is stored in our secure database hosted by Supabase (see Data Storage section below). Your Google user ID and email are stored as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated Google user data from our systems.

Sharing of Google User Data

We do NOT share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third party, except:

Your profile name and photo may be visible to families browsing therapist profiles (therapists only)
If required by law or legal process

LevraCare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

LevraCare uses cookies, small files that a website stores on a user's device, ONLY to remember users' login sessions. LevraCare does NOT use cookies for tracking browsing behavior or targeted advertising. LevraCare does NOT use any third-party cookies, cross-site cookies, or trackers.

Data Storage

Collected data is stored in LevraCare's databases hosted by Supabase, a third-party infrastructure provider with servers located in Singapore. This provider stores data securely but does NOT process or access users' data for any purpose other than hosting. LevraCare is the ONLY data controller responsible for users' data on levracare.com.

Data Retention

Therapist profile data is retained as long as the therapist maintains an active account. Family inquiry data is retained for 2 years to allow therapists to manage their leads, after which it is automatically deleted. Users can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Data Sharing

LevraCare does NOT share or sell any user data to any third party, except:

Family inquiry data is shared with the specific therapist contacted
Data may be disclosed if required by law

There are NO advertisements on levracare.com.

Managing Your Data

Therapists can edit or delete their profile data through their dashboard. Families can request deletion of their inquiry data by contacting us. Users can also contact support@levracare.com about their data or about this Privacy Policy.
