These Terms of Service describe the rules for using LevraCare's website, levracare.com. By using levracare.com, you agree to these terms.

What LevraCare Is

LevraCare is a platform that helps families find therapists for allied health services (speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc.). LevraCare is NOT a healthcare provider. We connect families with independent therapists but do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

For Therapists

Therapists who create profiles on LevraCare agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their credentials, qualifications, and services
  • Maintain valid professional licenses required in their jurisdiction
  • Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance for their practice
  • Respond to family inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Keep their account login details secure
  • NOT misrepresent their qualifications or services

Therapists are independent professionals. LevraCare does NOT employ therapists, and therapists are solely responsible for the services they provide to families.

For Families

Families who use LevraCare agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information when submitting inquiries
  • Understand that LevraCare does NOT guarantee the quality of any therapist's services
  • Verify therapist credentials independently before engaging their services
  • NOT use the platform for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

What LevraCare Is NOT Responsible For

LevraCare is NOT responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information provided by therapists
  • The quality or outcomes of services provided by therapists
  • Any disputes, disagreements, or issues between families and therapists
  • Any decisions families make based on information found on levracare.com

LevraCare provides the platform "as is" without any warranties. Families should conduct their own research and verify therapist credentials before engaging services.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold LevraCare harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Their use of the platform
  • Their violation of these terms
  • Any services provided by therapists to families
  • Any dispute between therapists and families

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users (therapists and families) should be resolved directly between those parties. LevraCare is NOT responsible for mediating disputes. If you have a dispute with LevraCare, please contact us at support@levracare.com first. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally before any legal action.

Account Termination

LevraCare may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. Users can delete their accounts at any time by contacting support@levracare.com.

Changes to These Terms

LevraCare may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of levracare.com after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
